Tour Program

• Movement and Reception Plan:

• Our departure times are arranged according to the opening hours of the ski lifts and slopes in Uludağ. (In the 2025 winter season, the working hours of the ski lifts are between 09:00 and 17:00.)

• Mass transportation is provided from designated points of Izmir (Bornova, Alsancak, Karşıyaka, Üçyol, Gaziemir etc.).

• Departure details are sent to all participants one day before the tour date.

• Arrival to Uludağ:

• Our arrival time at the facility is determined by the opening hours of the slopes.

• Upon arrival, our professional team will assist you with purchasing your ski pass and necessary equipment.

• Ski Time:

• You can spend free time all day long for skiing, snowboarding and snow fun. You can reach the most up-to-date information about open and closed slopes and lift status via the link below: Uludağ Open Closed Slope & Lift Status

• You can ski as much as you want on the slopes and enjoy the magnificent views with the chairlifts.

• Our non-skiing guests can enjoy hot drinks and snacks at the cafes on site. In the 2025 winter season, the single-ride chairlift fee is 500 lira per person. You can also follow the current skipass prices via the link below: Uludağ Skipass Prices

• Preparation for Return:

• Depending on the closing time of the ski slopes, we will gather in our vehicle for the return.

• We will drop you off back at the places we picked you up and say goodbye until we meet again.

Important Information

• Departure Times and Locations:
  The entire action plan is organized according to the working hours of the ski lifts and slopes in Uludağ. Details are communicated to our participants one day before the tour date. The luggage capacities of the vehicles we will use are arranged in a way that we can carry your equipment comfortably.

• Clothing and Equipment:
  Guests planning to ski are expected to bring appropriate clothing and equipment (ski pants, jacket, gloves, sunglasses, etc.). Except for gloves, you can use our equipment rental service.
  For rental purposes, you will be asked for information such as height, weight, shoe size and clothing size.

• Quota:
  Our tour has limited quota. We recommend that you make an early reservation. You can contact us for your group reservations.
